Our Commitment
At The Clarity Practice, we believe in responsibly combining human insight with technology. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the tools we may use to support our work, but never at the expense of human judgment, confidentiality, or trust.
How We Use AI
- To generate research summaries and synthesise leadership insights
- To assist with content creation, such as articles, reports, and learning resources
- To analyse anonymised patterns across leadership data
- To improve efficiency in operations and reporting
How We Do Not Use AI
- AI does not replace human coaching or decision-making
- We do not allow AI vendors to train their models on client data
- Client confidentiality remains paramount, and no personal data is shared without consent
Data Privacy and Security
- All personal data is handled in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
- We only use AI tools from providers that commit to enterprise-grade security and privacy
- Identifiable client data is not exposed for model training
For full detail on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
Human Accountability
- All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed, validated, and contextualised by The Clarity Practice coaches
- Final responsibility for accuracy, quality, and professional judgment rests with human coaches, not AI tools
- Clients can be confident that all deliverables represent The Clarity Practice's expertise and standards
Continuous Review
We regularly review our use of AI to ensure it remains safe, ethical, and aligned with evolving laws and client expectations.
Disclaimer
This AI Policy explains how The Clarity Practice uses AI responsibly. It does not create legal obligations beyond Singapore law. AI is used as a support tool, and all outputs are subject to human oversight.
